You have not accepted the Terms for Google Search Lead Ads

To accept the terms of service, head over to https://ads.google.com/aw/assetreport/associations/allupgraded and select the Ad Account that matches the one connected on your account.

Tap on the blue '+' sign to create a new Lead Form asset, this will automatically show you the notification to accept the Lead Form terms. Once accepted, you're ready to launch!
