Why does my Facebook ad has no data or metrics results?

There are several reasons why you might not be seeing ad data or metrics:

• The announcement has just gone live and there are no metrics available yet due to a slight delay. These delays are normal.
• The date range you are viewing corresponds to a period in which the ad was not in circulation. Learn how to update the date range of data that appears in Meta Ads Manager.
• The ad was not approved. Review the reasons for rejection of the advertisement.
• You made changes to the ad. Wait a bit and check the metrics again. Ads or results may not display immediately.
• You might have a suspension in your account.
• There might be an unpaid due balance.
