Upgrade or downgrade your subscription
You can change your plan at any time from your billing settings. Upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately.
How to change your plan
- Open the top-right profile menu.
- Tap on the Billing section.
- Click Update plan on the new plan you want to move to.
- Confirm the change.
Downgrading reduces feature access. Features exclusive to your current plan (Client billing, optimization tools, additional workspaces) are removed when the downgrade takes effect. If you have more workspaces than the new plan allows, you'll need to remove the additional workspaces prior to downgrading.
Upgrading from Starter to Plus or Pro
The biggest functional jump is from Starter to Plus. Moving to Plus unlocks white-label branding, custom domain, optimization tools (Optimize for Me, Budget Optimizer, Rules Engine), GoHighLevel integration, and the ability to manage up to 8 workspaces. If you've been managing clients on Starter, this is the upgrade that enables the full agency stack.
Moving to Enterprise
Enterprise plans (100+ workspaces, custom limits, dedicated account manager) are not self-serve — contact your account team to discuss Enterprise pricing and migration. If you're managing a large number of clients and hitting the Pro workspace limit, reach out to get a custom quote.

Common issues
I upgraded but the new features aren't appearing
After upgrading, try refreshing the page or logging out and back in. If features still don't appear, check that the upgrade completed successfully in the Billing section of Account Settings — it should show the new plan name and the date it took effect.
I was charged immediately when downgrading
Downgrades don't generate an immediate charge — you're billed at the new rate on your next billing date. If you see an unexpected charge, check your billing history in Account Settings. If the charge is unclear, contact support with the transaction details.
