Share templates across clients
Shared templates in the Creative Hub let you build a campaign once and make it available across all the workspaces in your account. This is especially useful for agencies who manage multiple clients in the same vertical and want a consistent, proven structure for everyone.
How shared templates work
By default, a template you save in the Creative Hub is scoped to the workspace where it was created. Sharing a template lifts that restriction — it becomes available in any workspace you want, even in all of them.
When a team member opens the Creative Hub in any workspace, they'll see both workspace-specific templates and any shared templates available to the account.
Shared templates don't share brand assets. The custom audiences, facebook page, pixel and other account specific data won't be transferred automatically across workspaces.
How to share a template
- Open the Creative Hub and navigate to the templates section.
- Find the template you want to share and select it by checking the box in the top left corner.
- Tap on the Share icon, and select who you want to share it with.
- Save the change.
The template is now accessible in the Creative Hub of all the selected workspaces in your account. Team members working in any workspace will also see them.
Common issues
A team member can't see the shared template
Confirm the template's visibility is set to All workspaces rather than This workspace only.
