Set up your agency and manage clients
Your agency account lets you run ad campaigns across all your clients from one place — with white-label branding, flexible client access options, and billing built in. This guide walks through the five areas to set up when you're getting started.
Step 1 — Choose how clients access the platform
You have three ways to give clients access to their campaigns. These are separate and cannot be migrated between each other, so choose before you start onboarding clients.
Custom domain
Host the platform on your own subdomain (e.g., launch.youragency.com). Clients see a fully branded login screen and never encounter the underlying platform's branding. Best for agencies wanting a standalone white-label product. See Connect a custom domain.
GoHighLevel (GHL)
Embed the platform inside GHL as a custom menu link. Best for agencies already running clients through GoHighLevel. See Set up the GoHighLevel integration.
Flowtrack
Embed the platform inside Flowtrack. Best for agencies already running clients through Flowtrack. See Set up the Flowtrack integration.
Workspaces (Done-For-You)
Create client workspaces directly from the Brands tab — no client login required. Best when you're managing campaigns on behalf of clients. You can later share access with them through the Custom domain option.
Step 2 — White-label your platform
Before inviting clients, customize the platform to match your agency's brand. Control your logo and login images, the features clients can see, default ad platforms per workspace, and launch mode. See Set up white-label branding.
Step 3 — Manage workspaces and your team
Each client gets their own workspace. From the Clients tab you can switch into any workspace, configure ad platform access per client, apply individual rebilling markups, and manage team access at both the agency and workspace level. See Manage workspaces and team members.
Step 4 — Set up client billing
Charge clients for your services in two ways: fixed subscription plans via the SAAS Configurator, or a percentage of their ad spend via Rebilling. Both are available under Brands → Agency and require a Stripe connection. See Set up client billing with Stripe.
Step 5 — Monitor client performance
The Clients Reporting Dashboard in the Clients tab gives you a global overview of all client accounts — ad spend, leads, and key metrics across every workspace — so you can spot who's spending, who isn't, and who needs attention without switching into each account individually. See Monitor client performance from the Clients Reporting Dashboard.
