Set up white-label branding

White-label branding lets you build your customized customer portal — your logo, your name, your experience. You also control which features are visible to clients and can set a global reporting markup.

Who this is for

Agency admins. Requires Plus plan or above. Settings in Customizations apply to new client workspaces created after saving — they do not retroactively change existing workspaces.

Where to find it

Brands tab (top navigation) → Agency tab → Customize.

Steps

  1. Open the Brands tab and select the Agency tab.
  2. Click Customize.
  3. Add your business details like your logo, agency name and landing page image.
  4. Choose whether to enable Social posting and Easy mode as a default to every new client, or to allow them full control. You can adjust this per individual workspace later. See Manage workspaces and team members.
  5. Set your preferred advertising platforms. Toggle each platform on or off to control which are available in new client workspaces by default. You can adjust this per individual workspace later. See Manage workspaces and team members.
  6. Configure feature visibility from the Preferences tab. Toggle off any features you don't want clients to see:
    • Leads tab — overall view of all their leads from Meta, Tiktok and Linkedin forms
    • Creative Hub — creative, audiences and templates creation dashboard
    • Templates library — the pre-built template library inside the Creative Hub
    • Resources tab — white-labeled videos, playbooks, and sales materials in the client's profile
    • Optimizations tab — all advanced Platform campaign optimization features

  7. Save. These settings become the defaults for all new workspaces going forward.

All client accounts will see your branding and show only the platform features you've enabled.

Social posting, Easy Mode and preferred advertising platforms apply to new signups only. You can adjust specific client configurations per workspace on the Workspace settings (the three dots to the right of the Brand).

Additional white-label resources

Your Profile contains ready-made materials you can share with clients and prospects: unbranded videos and playbooks. Open Brands (top-left corner) and click Agency → Resources to access them. You can also enable the support chatbot and opt into handled support from the same section. See Access your whitelabel sales resources.

Common issues

Changes aren't showing in a client's account

Customizations apply to new workspaces only. For existing workspaces, open the workspace in the Clients tab and update its settings individually.
