Monitor client performance from the Clients Reporting Dashboard

The Clients Reporting Dashboard gives you a live overview of every client account in one place — ad spend, leads, and key metrics across all your workspaces — so you can spot who's active, who's underperforming, and who needs your attention without switching into each account individually.

Who this is for

Agency admins and team members with reporting access.

Where to find it

Open the Brands tab from the top navigation. The Clients Reporting Dashboard is one of the four sections at the top of the Clients tab, alongside Home, Agency, and Teams.

What the dashboard shows

  • Ad spend per workspace — whether each client is actively spending or not
  • Lead volume — leads generated across each workspace in the selected time period
  • Key performance metrics — KPIs for each client account at a glance
  • All workspaces in one view — no need to switch into individual accounts to check status

How to use it

  1. Open the Brands tab and select Reporting.
  2. Review the list of workspaces and their current metrics. Look for:
    • Clients with zero spend — their campaigns may be paused, budget exhausted, or ad account disconnected.
    • Clients with low lead volume relative to spend — a signal to check in and review campaign performance.

  3. To investigate a specific client further, go to the Workspaces section, find their account, and click Switchto enter their workspace and review campaigns in detail.
The dashboard updates in real time. Use it as your daily agency health check — a quick scan across all clients takes seconds and surfaces anything that needs immediate attention.

Zero-spend clients are your most common flag. Before contacting them switch into their workspace, and look for launched campaigns — this will define if they need help getting started or if they actually have a campaign configuration error.
