Launch campaigns across every platform at once, then let AI shift the budget
You can pick several ad platforms, set one total daily budget, and generate a full campaign for each of them in a single flow — then hand the whole set to the Budget Optimizer, which moves spend toward whichever campaigns are performing best.
Who this is for
Anyone who wants the same offer running on more than one platform without building each campaign separately. It's most useful when one thing needs to go live everywhere at once — a product or merch drop, a holiday sale, an open house, a new listing, an event — and you want the creative, copy, and locations to stay consistent across all of them.
Before you begin
- Connect an ad account for each platform you want to launch on. Platforms without a connected account can't be selected.
- Finish brand setup, including your products or services. The generated creative, copy, and targeting are built from this.
- Have your locations ready if you advertise in specific places. You enter them once and they apply everywhere.
- Decide a total daily budget for the whole set of campaigns, not per platform.
- To use the Budget Optimizer, plan to launch at least three campaigns. Below three, it has nothing to compare and won't run.
How it works
The flow has three stages, and it's worth knowing them before you start so nothing feels like a surprise:
- You choose, once. Platforms, product or service, locations, total daily budget, and whether the Budget Optimizer is on.
- A campaign is generated for each platform. Creative, ad copy, targeting, keywords, and locations are drafted per platform, in that platform's required format. Nothing is live yet.
- You review, edit, and launch. Everything stays editable. Campaigns launch together as a group, so you get one report across all of them — and, if the optimizer is on, one budget that redistributes itself.
You keep full control at stage 3. The generation step is a starting draft, not a locked result.
Start from the Advertise area
- Open the Advertise tab and start a new multi-platform launch.
- Select the platforms you want. You can combine as many as you have connected — for example Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, ChatGPT, and Spotify together. On Google you can also pick the campaign types you want, such as Search and Demand Gen.
- Select Continue.
- Choose what you're marketing: a specific product or service, or your brand overall.
- Add your locations. These are applied across every platform you selected, so 20 locations are entered once instead of 20 times per platform.
- Set your total daily budget. A suggested amount is pre-filled based on your brand and account history. This total is split across the platforms for you.
- Leave the Budget Optimizer switch on if you want budgets reallocated automatically after launch. Set your own targets, or leave them on auto.
- Select Generate and review.
Start from the Create area instead
If you already have the creative you want to use, you can begin from there:
- Open the Create tab and select your creative — an upload, something from your library, or anything you generate with the creative tools.
- Select the platforms for the ad. Only platforms that accept your creative's format are selectable; the rest are greyed out. Square and rectangular images, for example, grey out YouTube, because that placement needs video.
- Select Continue, then follow the same flow as above: product or service, locations, total daily budget, Budget Optimizer switch.
The same creative can also be scheduled as an organic social post from this screen, separately from the ads.
Review before you launch
Each platform gets its own review screen. The total budget stays visible at the top of every one, and updates live as you change individual budgets.
- Creative and ad copy — generated for each platform and fully editable.
- Targeting — editable per platform. You can swap in lookalike audiences, retargeting, or custom audiences you've already built.
- Google Search — keywords are added for you. Review and adjust them.
- Spotify — audio for the ad is generated for you.
- Website and budget — check the destination URL and the per-platform daily amount.
Launch each campaign from its own review screen, or launch the whole set at once with Launch campaign.
Expected result
The campaigns are created together as a group. You should see:
- One group report covering every campaign across every platform, instead of separate numbers per platform.
- Each campaign live on its own platform with the creative, copy, locations, and budget you approved.
- The group listed in the Budget Optimizer, if you left that switch on.
What the Budget Optimizer does after launch
Once the group is in the optimizer, it moves daily budget between campaigns toward whatever is driving the most results — so you're not manually checking which platform is winning and topping it up by hand.
- Set targets, or don't. Leave them on auto, or set your own target metric — for example a cost per conversion for a group of instant lead form campaigns running on Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Watch the reallocation. For each campaign you can see the starting daily budget, how much the budget has changed, the optimized daily budget, and the performance change.
- Add budget any time. Increase the total daily budget and the extra is spread across the campaigns in the group.
- Check the history. The campaign optimization history report shows every budget change that was made and when.
Give it around three days of data before judging it. It needs real results to move spend toward.
FAQs
Do I have to use the Budget Optimizer? No. Turn the switch off and the campaigns launch as a normal group with fixed budgets. You'll still get group reporting.
Why isn't the Budget Optimizer doing anything? Two usual reasons: you have fewer than three launched campaigns in the group, or it hasn't collected enough data yet. It needs at least three campaigns and roughly three days of results.
Is the total budget per platform or across all of them? Across all of them. The total you set is split between platforms, and editing any one platform's budget updates the total shown at the top.
Can I edit what was generated? Yes, all of it — creative, ad copy, targeting, audiences, keywords, locations, website, and budget — before launch and after.
Why is a platform greyed out? Either no ad account is connected for it, or your creative isn't in a format that platform accepts.
Can I launch on some platforms now and add more later? Yes. Launch the campaigns you're ready for from their own review screens, and run the flow again for the rest. Bear in mind the three-campaign minimum applies to what's actually launched in the group.
Does this change my locations on campaigns I already have running? No. Locations you enter here apply only to the campaigns generated in this flow.
Will the creative be the same on every platform? The concept and copy stay consistent, but each platform gets assets sized and formatted for its own placements — including generated audio for Spotify.
