How to Submit a Support Ticket

If you’re experiencing an issue or need help from our support team, you can easily submit a ticket using our support form. Here’s how:

1. Go to the Support Form

Visit our ticket submission page here:

2. Fill Out the Required Details

Provide as much information as possible so our team can quickly understand and resolve your request.
The form will ask for:

  • Your Business name and account email address – So we can contact you with updates.

  • Ticket Name – A short title for your request (e.g., “Issue connecting my Facebook account”).

  • Ticket Description – Please describe the issue or question in detail.

    • Include steps to reproduce the problem (if applicable).

    • Mention any error messages you see.

    • Add screenshots or links if helpful.


3. Submit Your Ticket

Once you’ve filled out the form, click Submit.
