How to enable Easy Mode for clients
Easy Mode is a simplified interface setting for client workspaces. When enabled, clients see a streamlined version of the platform with fewer options — reducing complexity for clients who just need to launch and monitor campaigns without managing advanced settings.
Who this is for
Agency admins who manage client workspaces and want to give non-technical clients a simpler experience. Easy Mode is a per-workspace toggle set by the agency — clients don't turn it on themselves.
What Easy Mode changes
When Easy Mode is on for a workspace, the client sees a reduced-complexity interface:
- Advanced campaign settings are hidden or pre-filled with sensible defaults
- Optimization tools and technical configuration options are removed from view
- The experience focuses on the core workflow: create a campaign, review performance, done
Easy Mode is ideal for clients who have platform access but don't manage their own campaigns closely — they just want to check in on performance without navigating a complex interface.
How to enable Easy Mode for a workspace
- Open Brands and navigate to your client workspace.
- Access the Workspace settings by clicking on the three dots to the right.
- Find the Easy Mode toggle and turn it on.
Easy Mode takes effect immediately. The next time the client logs into that workspace, they'll see the simplified interface. You can toggle it off at any time to restore the full interface for that workspace.
Turning Easy Mode off
To switch a workspace back to the full interface, return to the workspace settings and toggle Easy Mode off. The change takes effect on the client's next login or page refresh.
