Create ads in different languages

The app generates ad copy in the language set in your Brand Context. There are two ways to target a different language — adjust your brand language setting, or specify the language directly in the generation prompt.

Option 1: Change your brand language

Go to Brand Context → Language and select the language you want. All AI-generated copy for that workspace will be produced in the selected language from that point forward. See Supported languages for the full list of available options.

Option 2: Specify it in the prompt

If you need a one-off generation in a language that isn't your default, add it directly to the generation prompt — for example: "Write this ad copy in French" or "Generate in Brazilian Portuguese." The AI will follow the instruction regardless of your brand language setting.

Running multiple language markets

The most reliable approach for ongoing multilingual advertising is to create a separate brand for each language market, with the appropriate brand language set on each. This keeps copy clean and consistent without needing manual overrides per generation.

Optimize for Me doesn't work across languages. If you run campaigns in multiple languages from a single workspace and use Optimize for Me, it will rewrite copy based on the brand context language — which may overwrite ads in other languages. Use separate brands per language to avoid this.
