Connect a custom domain

A custom domain lets your clients access the platform through your agency's own URL — for example, launch.youragency.com — instead of the default domain. This is part of the white-label setup and completes the branded experience for your clients.

Who this is for

Custom domain is available on Plus, Pro, and Enterprise plans. You'll need access to your domain's DNS settings — typically through your domain registrar (GoDaddy, Namecheap, Google Domains, Cloudflare, etc.).

Before you begin

  • Decide what domain or subdomain to use — for example, launch.youragency.com or even a root domain. A subdomain works fine and is common.
  • Have login access to your domain registrar's DNS management panel ready.
  • Complete white-label branding setup first, so your interface is already branded before clients land on the domain.

Using 'Ad' or 'Ads' on the subdomain is not allowed as it causes compliance issues. Use alternative subdomains like 'launch', 'marketing', 'app' or anything else.

How to connect your custom domain

  1. Go to Brands → Agency → Integrations.
  2. Find the Custom Domain section and click Connect custom domain.
  3. Enter the domain or subdomain you want to use (e.g., ads.youragency.com) and save.
  4. The platform will display one or more CNAME records that you need to add to your domain's DNS. Each record will have:
    • Type: CNAME
    • Name / Host: the subdomain prefix (e.g., ads) or @ for a root domain
    • Value: an address provided by the platform
  5. Log in to your domain registrar and open your DNS settings for the domain.
  6. Create a new record of type CNAME and paste in the address from step 4. Save the record.
  7. Return to the platform and click Confirm to complete the setup.

Your white-label platform will be available on the custom domain within 24 hours. DNS propagation typically happens faster, but plan for up to a full day before the domain is live for all users globally.

Inviting clients to your custom domain

Once your custom domain is live, you'll see a unique invite link in the Custom Domain section. This is a one-time link you send to each new client — they click it, enter their name, email, and password, and their workspace is automatically created and added to your admin account.

After registering through this link, clients can return to your custom domain directly to log in at any time. You only need to send the one-time link once per client.

Tip: You can update your custom domain at any time from Brands → Agency → Integrations. If you switch domains, send the new invite link to any new clients — existing clients may need to be notified of the URL change.

Common issues

The domain isn't live after 24 hours

Double-check that the cname record was saved correctly in your registrar's DNS panel — specifically that the address value matches exactly what the platform provided and that the record type is CNAME. Use a DNS lookup tool (such as dnschecker.org) to confirm the CNAME record has propagated before troubleshooting further.

I entered the wrong domain

You can update your domain at any time from the Integrations section. Simply enter a new domain, add the new CNAME records at your registrar, and confirm.
