Guide new clients through the initial setup process of their account, enabling them to launch campaigns efficiently and effectively.

✅ Step-by-Step Onboarding Guide

1. Access the Platform

Upon account creation, clients will land on the Advertise tab. However, initial setup starts in the Brand Context section.

2. Set Up Brand Context

  1. Go to the "Brand Context" tab in the top navigation bar.

  2. Enter the business website URL and click “Generate”.

    • The platform will scan the site to auto-fill:

      • Brand name

      • Logo

      • Product or service description

      • Industry

  3. No website? No problem. Manually input this data:

    • Describe the product or service in detail.

    • Upload the brand logo.

    • Enter the brand name and a short description.

  4. Select Primary and Secondary Brand Colors.

    • These colors influence the design of generated ad assets (images, videos).

    • You can enter HEX codes or choose manually using the color selector.

3. Add Tone & Language Instructions (Optional)

  1. Navigate to the Instructions tab.

  2. Optional configurations may include:

    • Use of first or third person

    • Emoji or hashtag preferences

    • Targeting specific audiences (e.g., college students, regional slang)

    • Brand tone and voice preferences (e.g., professional, playful)

These help tailor generated content to the brand’s style and audience.

4. Connect Ad Accounts

  1. Return to the Advertise tab.

  2. Click “Connected Accounts”.

  3. Choose from available platforms (e.g., Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok) and click Connect.

  4. A pop-up will prompt login and permission granting.

    • Approve access to current and future assets (pages, ad accounts, etc.)

    • You can adjust these permissions later.

  5. Once connected:

    • Select the appropriate Facebook page and ad account from the dropdown.

    • Linked Instagram accounts will populate automatically.

    • Ensure all connections show a green dot (✅ connected).

5. Troubleshooting Common Issues

A. Missing Facebook Page or Ad Account?

  • Click Edit next to the connected platform.

  • Re-open the permission settings.

  • Make sure all pages and ad accounts are selected.

B. Missing Instagram Account?

  • Ensure the Instagram account is linked to the Facebook Page:
