Cancel your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access until then and are not charged again afterward.

Before you cancel

A few things worth knowing before you proceed:

  • Data is preserved for a period after cancellation. Your workspaces, campaign data, and creative assets are not immediately deleted. If you resubscribe within a reasonable time, your account state should be recoverable.
  • Client billing (agencies): If you have active client subscriptions set up through Stripe, canceling your subscription here does not automatically cancel your clients' subscriptions. You'll need to manage those separately in Stripe or through the Client Billing settings before canceling.
  • Your campaigns and optimizations will stop automatically.
If you're canceling because of a specific issue — a billing problem, a feature that isn't working, or uncertainty about whether the platform is right for your needs — reach out to support before canceling. Many issues can be resolved, and support can help you find the right path forward.
 

How to cancel

  1. Open billing from the top-right profile menu.
  2. Click Manage subscription → Cancel.
  3. You may be shown a retention offer or asked for a cancellation reason — proceed through these steps.
  4. Confirm the cancellation.
You'll receive a confirmation that your subscription has been canceled. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after that date.

Canceling a free trial

If you're still within your 7-day free trial, canceling before the trial ends prevents the first charge. Follow the same steps above. If you cancel during a trial, you lose access immediately (rather than at the end of a billing period, since no billing period has started yet).

Resubscribing

If you want to reactivate your account after canceling, simply log into our app and subscribe to a plan. If your data retention window hasn't expired, your previous workspaces and data should be recoverable. Contact support if you have trouble accessing previous data after resubscribing.
