Can I connect more than one ad account per platform?

To run two Meta ad accounts, you need a second Brand to connect the second ad account there.

Who this is for

  • Anyone running more than one Meta, Google, or TikTok ad account
  • Agencies managing multiple clients
  • Businesses with separate ad accounts per region, brand, or product line

Why it works this way

Your Brand holds that specific account's logo, colors, voice, products, audiences, creative, and reporting.

Keeping one ad account per platform inside it means your reports show one brand's numbers and your AI-generated creative uses one brand's identity. Mixing two ad accounts into one workspace would blend both.

The limit is per platform, not overall. A single Brand can connect Meta, Google, and TikTok at once — that's expected. What you can't do is connect two Meta ad accounts to the same Brand.

Before you begin

  • Admin or advertiser access to the second ad account you want to connect
  • The second brand's website URL, or its logo and colors

Steps

  1. You must first request access to a second Brand. Secondary Brands are enabled per request only.
  2. Once the request has been approved, you'll be ready to head over to the Brand tab on the top left.
  3. Tap on 'Add Brand' and give it a name.
  4. Enter the second brand's website URL when prompted. Scanning the URL auto-populates the logo, colors, industry, and products or services.
  5. Connect any ad accounts you might need. Because this is a fresh Brand, that platform's ad account slot is empty and available.

Expected result

You now have two Brands, each with its own ad account for the same platform. Any campaigns that already exist in the newly connected ad account are automatically shown in that Brand and can be imported to be managed. Reporting, creative, and audiences stay separate between the two.

Switching between workspaces

You can switch between brands from the Brand tab on the top left. Just tap on 'Switch' to the right of the Brand panel you're trying to select.

If a campaign seems to be missing, check you're in the right workspace first.

For agencies

This is how per-client separation works. Create one workspace per client, connect that client's ad accounts to it, and switch between them as you work. Each client gets clean reporting and on-brand creative, with no risk of publishing to the wrong account.

Common issues

  • The second ad account isn't listed: Your signed-in profile probably lacks access. Confirm your access level on the platform side, then reconnect.
  • Campaigns appear under the wrong brand: You were in the other workspace when you created them. Switch workspaces and check.
  • You don't see the option to create a brand: It may not be yet enabled.
  • The brand scan pulled the wrong details: Edit them in the Brands tab, or import products by CSV.
