Guide users through launching a campaign using AI-powered creative and targeting tools on the platform.

✅ Step-by-Step Campaign Launch Process

1. Select a Platform

  1. Navigate to the Advertise tab.

  2. Choose your preferred advertising platform (e.g., Meta).

  3. Once selected, the layout includes:

    • Left panel: Prompt input

    • Center: Ad preview

    • Right panel: Forecasted audience and results


2. Set a Campaign Goal

  1. At the top-right corner, choose your campaign objective:

    • Leads: Collect contact info from potential customers

    • Messages: Direct conversations via Messenger, Instagram, or WhatsApp

    • Traffic, Conversions, Calls, etc.

  2. Recommendations:

    • Use Messages for complex services requiring consultation or customer support.

    • Use Leads for offers like free quotes or downloadable resources.


3. Upload or Generate Creative Assets

  1. In the Media Selector panel:

    • Upload your own images or use AI generation options:

      • Website scan

      • Stock libraries

      • Text-to-image

      • Social media imports

  2. Select multiple images or videos to diversify creative options.

  3. Confirm selected creatives to proceed.


4. Craft a Prompt

  1. Use the Prompt Box to describe your ad:

    • Examples:

      • “20% off for students”

      • “Best coffee in town”

  2. The AI will generate media, copy, and campaign settings based on:

    • Prompt input

    • Brand context settings


5. Generate the Campaign

  1. Click Generate.

  2. The AI will:

    • Create image and video ads based on your media and prompt

    • Write ad copy (headlines, text)

    • Build optimized targeting

    • Suggest budget and structure the campaign


6. Preview & Edit Campaign Assets

  1. Review combinations of creatives and ad copy.

  2. Optional:

    • Use the Smart Creative Editor to fine-tune visuals and text.

    • Apply AI routers to improve CPL (Cost Per Lead).

    • Add overlays, change tone, or use meme/text overlays with ChatGPT.

    • Regenerate assets using stock, web scan, or uploaded media.


7. Customize Targeting

  1. Targeting is pre-built by AI but can be adjusted:

    • Add interests manually

    • Use AI-assisted targeting for better performance over time

    • Create retargeting audiences:

      • Website visitors

      • Past ad engagement

      • Instagram followers

    • Create lookalike audiences to reach similar users

  2. Additional targeting settings:

    • Age & Gender (recommend keeping broad)

    • Location (from zip code to entire countries)

    • Language, placements, and device preferences


8. Configure Lead Form (if using Leads Objective)

  1. Select an existing lead form or create a new one:

    • Greeting Message (recommended)

    • Form Type: Higher intent or more volume

    • User Questions: Contact info + custom questions (multiple choice or short answer)

      • Tip: Use filtering questions to qualify leads

    • Completion: Choose redirect (website, social profile, call, etc.)

  2. Save the lead form—it will appear in the form selector box.


9. Launch or Schedule Campaign

  • After reviewing everything:

    • Launch immediately

    • Or Schedule for a future date

    • Or Save as Draft for later editing


10. Monitor & Optimize Campaigns

  1. Once live, campaigns appear in the Advertise tab.

  2. Options:

    • Preview results

    • Edit creatives or copy

    • Launch new ad sets

    • Optimize individual assets or audience targeting
