Access your whitelabel sales resources

Your agency account includes a set of pre-built, white-labeled sales materials — demo, onboarding and strategy videos and resources — all without any platform branding. Use them to pitch and onboard clients without building anything from scratch.

Who this is for

Agency admins and sales team members. Available on all plans, with additional resources (playbooks, in-depth videos) on Plus and above.

Where to find your resources

Brands → Agency → Resources

Open the Brands tab (top-left corner of the platform), click the Agency tab and go to Resources. Here you'll find the core sales & onboarding kit:

  • Demo videos — white-labeled walkthrougsh of the platform's core features. Drop them into sales presentations, your website, or onboarding emails.
  • Onboarding materials — professionally designed playbooks covering strategies for different business areas. Ready to present to prospects as-is.
  • Help Center and Chatbot — completely unbranded ways for your clients to self-serve as well as contact support.

Support chatbot and handled support

There are two ways for end-users to contact support:

  • Chatbot — a ready to assist chatbot filled with all of the information on how to use the platform, ads strategies and best practices as well as the latest updates. It can be used to submit tickets to the support team.
  • Help Center — with detailed step-by-step guides, the Help Center also allows users to submit a ticket to the support team.
 

All the mentioned resources as well as the support channels are completely whitelabeled — your clients can safely contact our support team for direct assistance. Toggle both options from the Resources tab on the Agency settings.
